Currently head Office is based in London and our client is launching its new office in Birmingham City Centre, we are looking to build a successful team for our client.

Job Description

Associate Director

The key aspect for this position is to take accountability and responsibility for achieving revenue and profit targets. In addition, you will need to ensure head count forecasts are met and their team have access to all the recruitment tools required to be successful.

Responsibilities

•ATTRACT, TRAIN and RETAIN their sales teams in conjunction with headcount budgets. This will also involve implementing the talent acquisition strategy set out by CEO and COO.
•With input from Divisional Director or Managing Director set annual budget in line with current and future headcount.
•With direction from Divisional Director or Managing Director prepare a full business plan, which will ensure confidence that the financial targets and expected expansion will be met. You are free to write your own plan to assist the development of your desk however the minimum standards will be set out in your client, head count and revenue plans.
•Implement the business plan in its entirety, unless your Division Director or Managing Director approves changes. Changes in market conditions and failure of getting the correct results will force a review of the business plan.
•Ensure that all consultants are aware of expectations and that KPI's are delivered daily and weekly. This should be scheduled and reviewed accordingly.
•Take ownership for all activity to be logged on Bullhorn and that reviews are only used with data taken from Bullhorn. Use your support team to ensure the appropriate reports are being run and used to manage your teams CRM activity.
•This will be a billing role with a minimum standard of £150,000 allocated to it until the team reaches a sixe of 5 with a revenue run rate of £750,000. This is not your target for the year; targets will be allocated based on annual consultation.
•Implement all marketing initiatives within your team. Ensure that all members of your team write a minimum of one blog a quarter.
•Take responsibility for client development and acquisition in line with individual business plan and company business plan.
•Use information provided by Divisional Director or Managing Director from customer satisfaction surveys to ensure changes are implemented and excellence is strived for. Survey monkey to be implemented and actioned by Q2
•Ensure that teams are working within the principles of the companies vision, culture and values. Available for review in Associate Directors pack
•Ensure all consultants are trained in line with the L&D programme and that individual on the desk training is delivered. Finalised by Q2
•Attend one client and one candidate meeting of each consultant per month to ensure quality and identify training needs. To be measured in line with training and appraisal system.
•Participate, where requested, and implement new company projects and procedures.
•Implement an effective diary management system to ensure that the desk is effectively covered at all times. This will include holidays, meetings, lunches etc.

Meetings
Weekly
•Consultant reviews using bullhorn and CUBE19 slice and dice.
•Team review with Divisional Director or Managing Director. Used to discuss budget and any other training or emotive issues. Run before consultant's sit downs each week.
•Daily morning board review. If team is tracking off target this needs to be immediately flagged to Divisional Director or Managing Director and action plan put in place. This will be reviewed against top tier KPI's and weekly commitments.
•Discuss weekly commitments and biggest achievements with team. What have you done this week to make money?

Monthly
•Review team performance with Divisional Director or Managing Director. This will be the monthly review of the team.
•Run consultant reviews
•Organise, run and participate in key client meetings in line with sales startegy. This is an internal meeting ensuring that we are developing our key clients across the business. The clients will be allocated across the senior leadership team so a director may participate in a client review with another director holding responsibility for running it.

Quarterly
•Business review with Divisional Director or Managing Director, COO and CEO.
•Business review with consultants

Annual
•Key involvement with budget setting process for team
•Develop and present business plan for duration of the budget period. This may be either 6 or 12 months depending on desk progress. Hopefully we won't have to amend due to failed performance, this should be dealt with on a daily and weekly basis.
•Personal annual appraisal with Divisional Director or Managing Director, COO and CEO
